Here are the SPSS conversions (createdata) and profile (Call-SF3-Profiles)
programs for the web site.  These files are generally self-documented.  The
only things that users need to know are:

1) to create the datasets all of the unzipped (UF3) files and programs need
to be in the same directory, and the only syntax program they need to touch
is the SF3MAIN.SPS file.

2) to run the profiles all of the data files that they wish to use and the
programs need to be in the same directory, and the only syntax program they
need to modify and run is CALL-SF3-PROFILES.SPS.
